This course is designed with three goals in mind:

Understand what problems are asking you to find

Review math skills required to answer each problem

Learn test taking strategies to help pick the right answer, even if you can't solve the problem

Math Knowledge
After this course, you will be able to do the following:

Solve basic algebraic problems

Paragraph Comprehension & Word Knowledge
This course focuses on the following objectives:

Break down words in order to figure out their meanings

What should I do if I miss a class?It is important to show up to all classes, however, emergencies happen. If you miss a class, you will have access to the class recording to study on your own time. If you would like more help with the material covered during the class, you can purchase a private lesson.

How can I track my progress?We recommend taking the practice ASVAB once a week. This will help track your overall progress and help identify which sections you should study more.

English isn't my first language. Do you have English lessons?Yes! Along with ASVAB tutoring, we also provide ESL classes. Visit the link below to learn more.

Do you offer private lessons?Yes! Private lessons are offered for students who score a 20+ on the ASVAB or practice ASVAB. Visit the link below to learn more about private lessons.

How long until I will be assigned to a class?There needs to be a minimum of 3 people to have the class. We will do our best to get you assigned and taking a class as soon as possible, but it all depends on the interest at the time. If there are no classes available, you should study other sections of the ASVAB while you wait to take the class.

When should I take the official ASVAB exam?You should take the official ASVAB within 1-2 weeks of scoring high enough on the practice exam. This allows you time to keep practicing, without too much time to forget everything you have learned.

How long is each session?All sessions are an hour long.

How many students are there in each class?3-5 students

Are sessions recorded?Yes, each session is recorded and is available for 1 week after the class date.
